I would say it was closer to the 50-60° range during that cook!

I tried to split this and separate the comments from the data and it is a mutha...bad idea to combine for folks just looking for a review.  Will keep at it and will never do this again!

Probably jerky but it will have to wait until life slows down.

Rather than separate, could you just copy the data to a new thread. That way you are keeping the flow of this one as is and still have straight up factual data in another?

Cabelas has the 7 series on sale now for 549.00 not sure how long the sale is on but they are normally 599.00
