What Do You Like Cheese On? Check the Box That Applies

I have seen some photos recently with cheese on sandwiches, etc.  Bentley seems to like cheese on everything, including breakfast muffins (sausage, egg, cheese -- sounds revolting to me, why mess up a good sausage biscuit ;D)

I like cheese on a lot of things, but not everything, so was curious about others.  If you put cheese on something not listed, please share.

I like parmesan cheese on all pastas and on some pastas (lasagna, ziti, mostacioli, etc.). I guess I do like it melted on a chili cheese dog, but I forgot to mark that one.  I like it on chili too.  Oh, and I like to melt it on pan fried potatoes and like shredded cheese melted on baked potatoes and love au gratin potatoes.

I just like to fry a slab of cheese in a hot skillet or on the griddle, let it brown for a bit and then turn it over and brown the other side, hit with some salt and pepper and let cool, crunchy on the outside and warm and melty on the inside. I have done colby, provolone, brick, mozzarella, swiss, even a slice of American makes a nice cheese crisp.

I am glad the poll was what do you like cheese on rather than what do you eat cheese on. I have for the mostpart given up cheese for the past year and a half. While I always liked cheese on most everything, I have been surprised that once I stopped eating it, I haven't really missed it at all.

I am disappointed there is not a choice to put cheese on cheese.  :(

I do like my cheese enchiladas with cheese on top.

I actually answered all of the listed.  I love cheese of all variety and will put it on just about any sandwich, salad.  I also like to garnish some soups with cheese, such as sprinkling grated parm cheese on tomato soup.

It is a slightly loaded poll for me. 

A fried pork loin sandwich, or a thin sliced loin sandwich, no way I want cheese on that.  But a deli sandwich of bologna, pimento loaf, capracolla (sp), mortadella (sp)...yes I want cheese.  Never on a hot dog, love a chili dog, never got a chili cheese dog.  Never on a ham biscuit, and only on a sausage biscuit if it has egg!

Emmental with ham on sourdough is one of my favorites.  :clap: It's just very hard to find it out here.  Home made fig preserves on a slice of bread topped with cheddar heated in the toaster oven is a nice snack or quick breakfast.  I also love cheddar in a granny smith apple pie. 
Let's not forget mashed potatoes and grits, here again I reach for cheddar or a Swiss.
