+1 on the Turkey. Of everything I do on my pellet pits, Turkey is the one I get the most consistent rave reviews. I grab a frozen breast, thaw, brine, and smoke/roast for 5 to 6 hours. I purchase turkey drumsticks separately and aside from cooking an hour or two longer, same process.

PS I've always made my own brine until last week. Had to try the Rodelle Turkey Brine from Costco. It's a winner, I'll be using it for Thanksgiving this year on the breast. Legs will be done with my regular home made brine.
