Haven't done the hash brown on it but definitely a good idea. Sausage for sure. I like a nice thin patty so it doesn't take over the whole sandwich.

Picked up two pork sausage with Hatch Chili's yesterday from Sprout's. Will do them up tomorrow.. Ribs tonight!!

Love a good sausage sammie. I am more of a grilled peppers and onions person but I don't think I have ever turned down one made with red sauce either.

It is probably the best flavor profile of any pepper I have eaten and the extra hot has a decent spice to it.  I believe I will be throwing some in the pepper stout beef the next time I make it.

Made a grilled cheese w/salami & pepperoni on the no knead sourdough.  Man, that sourdough bread really grills well!  I got to get some corned beef, slaw and Russian dressing!
