Keto pizza dough.  You pre-bake it!  Then add ingredients to pie and cook.  Very curious to see what it looks like after 10 minutes at 490

Was there a recent software upgrade that may be causing the issue now?  I've been using the degree symbol for years here without issues.

Since it all seems related to characters, maybe the default font changed and the code for the characters means something different.

Well, here is a test, Bentley.

My most common problem when posting is that an apostrophe ends the post.  I will retype my first line and make a contraction of "here is".  We will see if it completes.  (It is fine in Preview.)
