yes the steak looks perfect, but I'm stealing that shrimp process. I've never actually done them on the pellet grill.

Is this the daughter you moved out to CA to be closer to or do you still have other family where you are living in CA?

Yes, still have the other (older of 2) daughter and four grandkids 10 minutes away.
