I started and still have my Weber Platinum Kettle grill that I bought 4 years ago.  Still love to grill on it.

I'm with Bentley on this one.
Other than my PG500 my only method of cooking is my kitchen oven/stove.

I began with a little Chief electric for smoking trout and salmon from Lake Michigan.  Next got a Brinkmanship charcoal water smoker, similar to a WSM, and got into bbq.  I always had a Weber kettle but was not happy with it for anything other than grilling.  Wanting to burn “real” wood I got a Brinkmanship Smokie n Pit Pro.  Worked OK but not what I wanted.  I built a double barrel pit using the Vogelzang kits and it was very gonna d, but a pain to keep the fire going.  Finding the PH website and reading quite a bit I bought a GMG DB and loved it.  The double barrel got set aside.  My wife then wanted a BGE.  We got the XL and way too big.  Sold it and got the medium, and built a UDS to use the Rocks Stoker and 10 cfm fan from the XL BGE and grabbed a 5 cfm fan for the medium.  After using the Memphis units at the Royal my wife bought one as her retirement gift to herself, and it now cooks just about everything not in or on the kitchen stove.

OK, I would make an exception for that vintage charcoal BBQ. That thing is cool!

It’s a neat little Canadian design - not the greatest cooker but fun and I have the original manual amd cook book that came with it. They called it an “oven in the garden” back in the 70’s :)

The pole can be removed and the base attached directly to the “ball” to convert it to a table top model.

I was looking for a charcoal grill to use a couple times a year. This will fit the bill and I can focus on getting a 36” flattop :)
Here is a picture of a new one

I currently own a Weber Spirit, a UDS, and Horizon Patriot. We are moving to Arizona soon and sadly will be parting with all of those cookers over the next few months. Though I'm definitely making room in the moving truck for the MAK :D

I have a Delta Heat Gasser. I really like the ceramic briquet flame tamers and the excellent flame control
