This thread is addictive, we grilled hot italian sandwiches on garlic french loaf.
Meats are pepperoni, genoa, hard salami and ham with provolone cheese.
Lettuce and tomato once grilled. Pretty dang good.
A little dab into the italian dressing.

I guess if you are over 50 you might remember Taco Bell Bell Beefer!  Homemade Bell Beefer!  Bad attempt at hamburger bun.  The guts were good, but a real hamburger roll would have made it great!

Yes, probably similar to pepper stout beef cook.  One main difference for me is I now through the veggies in very late so they stay firm.  The peppers used to basically dissolve when placed in the liquid too early.
