I have no sense of time anymore.  I find it had to believe this thread is over 2 years old, and according to it, the last time I had a cheese steak was July 29, 2020. 

No wonder these tasted so good!  Is it wrong to cook onions in bacon fat?

I have about 5 pounds of what they call "chip steak" here that is used for making cheesesteaks that is in my freezer.  I may need to break out the griddle on the grill this weekend and fry it up and make some cheesesteaks.  Those are looking good.

Looks great Bentley.
I took pork shoulder, ham, and rib-eye roast (part of the whole) out of freezer yesterday.
Plan on cooking it all Saturday to get some cooked meats back in the kitchen freezer.
